RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

REFUND

• We don’t offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
•  The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

RETURNS

•  Alka Hari is a make – to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production.
• Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days.
• Please note that Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for Standard deliveries.
