RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do follow a return and refund policy subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned below:

You can initiate a replace or refund option, if;

  1. You have received a wrong product. Wrong product, here, entails a product that is different in colour or size from the one, so chosen by you. 
  2. You have received a defective product.

Refund/ replacement is not accepted under the following circumstances;

  1. Minor differences in details, as all our products are handcrafted.
  2. Slight irregularities in prints and weaves.
  3. No guarantee is provided for colour fastness. Natural dyes like indigo or the ones used in ikat prints have a tendency to bleed in the first wash.
  4. Shade variations in colour may be an effective of lighting or your screen settings. This is not considered fit to be regarded as a colour difference.

Process:

  1. Reach out to us at info@alkahari.com with a photograph of the item to be replaced. Ensure that the defect or mismatch is highlighted in the photo.
  2. Return the product through a trusted courier service of your choice or our courier partner in your city. We shall coordinate the same for you if the services are available in your locality.
  3. Make sure – 
  • That the product is returned within 7 business days of receiving it
  • That it is in unused condition with the original tags and invoice.
  • That the return packets are securely packed to prevent further damage. If found damaged, the product will not be replaced or refunded.

Our Process:

  1. Once we evaluate the received product to be satisfying the above conditions, we shall intimate you of the approval of your request.
  2. The product shall be replaced free of cost, subject to availability, or a refund would be initiated on the cost of the product to your debit/credit card  used for the payment.
  3. The shipping costs incurred by you, would be reimbursed, based on a pre-determined tariff fixed by us, based on your locality.
  4. If deemed unfit for return, the product shall be returned to you.
  5. Processing and closing a replacement/refund request may take 10 business days at our end.
  6. In case of credits issued to the debit/credit card, kindly allow one billing cycle for the credit to reflect in your card statement.
  7. We shall not be held responsible for any further delay for effecting the credit on the part of the associate bank.
