2.How are orders placed on Alka Hari Pvt Ltd delivered to me?
All orders placed on Alka Hari Pvt Ltd are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Shree Maruthi etc.
3.If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
As it is we offer free shipping except for COD but in case you have placed two separate orders, you can connect with the team and be sent in one package.
4.Do you offer in-store pick-up for online orders?
Yes, for our customers in Kochi/Kerala, we can offer this service.
5.How is my order delivered to me?
Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, DTDC etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. 6.Where is my order processed from?
All orders are processed from our production unit in Kochi or our studio in Thammanam. We want you, our guests, to have access to our entire catalogue, so we make sure that if a product is out of stock but available at our store, you have the option to order it online and have it shipped to you.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.
7.How do I track my order?
Registered Customer:
1. Log on to our website with your registered email Id
2. Click on your profile and go to My Orders
3. Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link

8.My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
In cases like this, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment went through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
9.I’m unable to apply PREPAID5 in the coupon codes section.
Prepaid5 is a coupon code eligible for prepaid orders only. Chances are you might be trying to place a Cash on Delivery order.
10.Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?
Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment.
11.Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?
Please share your email ID and the exact amount charged with us at laxman@alkahari.com so that we can quickly check at the payment gateway and inform you accordingly.
12.My card payment is declined
We would request you to check with your bank: it could be a case of insufficient balance and/or your card validity. You could also try clearing your cache and re-attempting with a different card or bank account.

13.What if I have a payment error?
In case you've received a payment failure message, try placing the order once again. However, if your amount has been debited, please do not retry—chances are that your order has already been received by us.

17.Prices seem to be different. Eg- In INR and USD
Our pricing in the international and domestic markets differ owing to varying operational costs from region to region (and also takes into account the demand and supply ratio). We do wish to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, which is why we show prices in both INR and USD.
18.I had added a product, it's not showing anymore ?
Unfortunately, the item which you added to your basket must be sold out.
19.Not getting the option to notify me ?
If you don't see the 'Notify me' tab, chances are that the product has been discontinued or is not in production. We regret the inconvenience.

21.Can you tell me the length of this garment? Suggest what will fit me ?
Every clothing item has a detailed size chart that should help you with your right size. We would request you to refer to that once. And perhaps if you need it customised, you can add this in the notes section in the checkout page.
