 RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

REFUND

  • - We don’t offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
  •  - The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

 

RETURNS

  • - Alka Hari is a make – to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. If you have any issue regarding the sizing, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and deliver a different size of the same product within 7 working days.
  • -Returns to be initiated within 5-6 working days from the date of purchase.
  • - Orders are usually delivered within 7 working days.
  • - Please note that Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for Standard deliveries.
  • - No cancellations or exchange possible on customized outfits

  • - No Exchanges on discounted merchandise.

  • - International orders, the customer will need to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost to and fro.
  • - Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid further damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.

  • - We are unable to offer returns if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • - If there is any damage found to the packaging at the time of delivery contact us immediately to our mail ID info@alkahari.com along with the photo/video showing us the actual condition of the packaging and the outfit when received.
