2. What are the shipping charges for orders from the online shop?
Shipping is free within India. For International orders, we charge standard shipping charges starting from INR 1750 up to INR 2500 as per location, weight and volume of the shipment.
3. How can I cancel my order?
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. We will give you a full refund in the original method of payment. Please contact our care team via email at info@alkahari.com or call +91 6235007722 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
4. Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?
- Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. We don’t charge anything extra for basic alterations. But we charge extra if you need additional services like attaching sleeves, increasing length and adding feeding options.
5. What is the procedure for getting clothes customized?

6. How to measure?
- Easy steps to measure one’s self.
- Please go through our “Size Chart” page before taking your measurements. Do take measurements over thin garments, keeping the tape level, close to the body but not tight. You will need help with your measurements especially across back shoulder,armhole,bicep so do have someone else take your measurements for you,it will be more accurate.
7. Do you retail through physical stores?
We have our flagship outlet in Vytilla, Kochi. However, we deliver all across the world through our online store. We also actively participate in exhibitions and pop ups.
8. How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
We deliver most of our orders within 7-10 working days for domestic orders from the date of ordering. But International deliveries varies according to where you want us to deliver.
